Open the role and choose Apply. You will create an account with Harmony first, then answer the questions that role asks for. Each role asks for what it genuinely needs and nothing more, and anything optional is marked as optional — you can leave it blank.
Your application goes straight to the hiring team for that role, not into a queue nobody owns. You can sign back in at any time to see where it stands.
Yes. Apply for as many as fit — each one is a separate application, and applying for one has no effect on any of the others. You can only apply once per role.
It depends on the role, and the role says so before you start. Some require one, some accept one, and some do not ask at all. Where one is accepted you can attach it during the application or add it afterwards.
Yes, while it is still being reviewed. Sign in, open the application and edit your answers, replace your attachment, or withdraw it entirely. Once the hiring team has moved it further along it becomes read-only, and you will be able to see that it has.
The team has put it on hold — usually because they are working through the people who have already applied. Paused roles are left visible rather than removed, because they often re-open. The page stays at the same address, so it is worth saving.
